Coplexity offers coaching that helps leaders develop the ability to lead adults and move work through people. Our focus is on helping individuals understand their leadership identity, establish conditions needed for organizational success or tackle specific problems and challenges.
- Leadership Identity Coaching Package - Who are you as a leader? How do you show up? (6, 8 or 12 Week Packages)
- General Leadership Coaching (6-8-12 Weeks)
- 30-Day Intensive (4 One Hour Sessions)
- Strategy Power Hour - These are one-time conversations focused on a specific need, issue or challenge. They are designed for you to walk away with a plan of action that include concrete next steps towards achieving a solution that works. (90 to 120 minutes)
- Team Coaching - (2 to 4 sessions based on need)

Effective facilitation is a skill. We believe facilitation is a valuable tool that helps organizations to establish norms, make decisions and settle differences. Coplexity can help you have meetings and sessions by partnering with you to plan and/or facilitate processes and protocols that consider all voices, perspectives, and styles. Our facilitation work includes, but is not limited to the following workshops:

Our strategy planning recognizes that we work in conditions that are uncertain, unpredictable and disruptive. Regardless of what you plan to do, the outcomes are not guaranteed. We engage organizations in a process that answers essential questions, recognizes patterns, and keeps people aligned while creating strategic plans that are adaptive and responsive to our ever-changing realities.
